A fixed monthly number, published, so you can stop dreading the invoice.

Before you switch

How hard is it to move?

Two weeks. We take a copy of your file, reconcile to the last closed month, and tell you what we found.

What if I am behind?

Common, and not a problem. Catch-up is quoted per year as a flat fee before anything starts.

Do you do my personal taxes too?

Yes, for three hundred on top, and it is usually better done together.

Will I speak to the same person?

Yes. One bookkeeper and one preparer, both named, both reachable.

An open ledger with a pen laid across it and a pair of reading glasses beside it on a dark wooden desk, light coming through venetian blinds.
